Investing in Our Local Economy
2025 was a landmark year for the small and medium businesses that serve as the backbone of Long Island. Through our Business First programs, we were proud to provide awards to 450 local businesses over the past year.

Since 2018, PSEG Long Island has awarded more than $3.3 million in grants to help our downtowns thrive. Our key initiatives continue to drive growth:

• Main Street Revitalization: Providing grants for interior and exterior improvements to enhance the vibrancy of our business districts.
• Vacant Space Revival: Offering incentives for businesses that move into commercial spaces that have been empty for a year or more.
• Community Thrive: Empowering Chambers of Commerce and Business Improvement Districts with grants of up to $10,000 for projects that boost local economic health.
